Filing Activity Notification System (FANS)

Coweta County Superior Court Clerk's Office in conjunction with the Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA) is pleased to offer the Filing Activity Notification System (FANS) providing Georgia citizens with tools to monitor activity regarding their property and records.

FANS is a free, voluntary, opt-in program that can be used to send electronic notifications of filing activity to individuals who create notifications in the system.

Mandatory Civil E-Filing

Coweta County Superior Court allows you to file civil cases online through the PeachCourt portal.

To get started with e-filing or to find more information, please visit the PeachCourt website. On the site, you can find helpful details about mandatory e-filing and any additional costs that may apply, which are located under a tab at the top of the screen.

PeachCourt also offers a free webinar to help you understand the e-file process better. This way, you can navigate everything easily and accessibly.

Jury Scams

This office is responsible for summoning and managing all jurors for Superior and State Courts in Coweta County. Please be aware that Coweta Superior Court will never contact you by phone to threaten or impose fines for failing to report for jury duty.

If you receive a call regarding missed jury service that includes threats or requests for payment, it is a scam. You are encouraged to take the following actions for your safety:

• Verify Information: If you have any doubts or questions, please contact the Clerk's Office directly to confirm the details regarding your jury service.
• Report Suspicious Calls: If you believe you have received a scam call, please contact the Sheriff’s Office to report the incident.
