MISSION STATEMENT The Clerk of Superior Court performs all administrative functions of the court as prescribed by law and court rules. This office will faithfully maintain accurate and complete records of all civil and criminal proceedings in addition to recording and maintaining all real estate records for Coweta County. The Clerk and all deputy clerks of Superior Court are committed to uphold the oath of office in disbursing monies accurately and timely, as law dictates. As public servants, the Clerk and all deputy clerks strive to provide kind, courteous and prompt assistance at all times. |

FROM I-85 TO COWETA COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER:
TAKE EXIT #41 OFF OF I-85. TURN ONTO HIGHWAY 29 NORTH. THIS WILL BECOME GREENVILLE STREET. SHORTLY AFTER THE SECOND TRAFFIC LIGHT, THE JUSTICE CENTER WILL BE ON THE RIGHT. TURN RIGHT AT THE THIRD TRAFFIC LIGHT TO ENTER THE JUSTICE CENTER PARKING AREA.
