How To Pay Your Traffic Ticket

Below are the ways you can pay your traffic ticket:

  • To pay by phone, call 770-755-5561, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • To pay online, visit the Pay Your Tix website. Be sure to at least two (2) weeks after receiving your citation to attempt to pay online. You may contact our Pay Your Tix vendor at 770-755-5561 if you want to receive a text message about your citation being available online.
  • If you have any questions or do not find your citation in the on-line payment system two weeks prior to your court date, please call our office at 770-254-2699.

Whether a citation is payable or requires a court appearance is determined by the judges of the Coweta County State Court. In creating what is known as the Traffic Violations Bureau (TVB), the judges drafted and signed an order setting out what offenses were to be payable without a court appearance.

Note: You must come to court if you are under 21 and charged with speeding violation of 24 MPH or more over the posted speed limit.

If you want to search for your traffic citation, visit the Coweta State Court website.
