By appointment only, meetings with a public defender take place with appointed clients each week at the Coweta County Justice Center, 72 Greenville St, Newnan, GA 30264. 

An application for a public defender can be downloaded with instructions here. The application must be sworn to and filed with the Court. Also, filing a request doesn't excuse their appearance on any scheduled court date.

A public defender cannot represent you or provide you with legal advice unless an order appointing an attorney to represent you has been signed by a State Court Judge.
