• By appointment only, meetings with a public defender take place with appointed clients each week at the Coweta County Justice Center, 72 Greenville St, Newnan, Georgia 30264. 
• Download application for a public offender. The application must be sworn to and filed with the Court. Also, filing a request doesn't excuse their appearance on any scheduled court date.
• A public defender cannot represent you or provide you with legal advice unless an order appointing an attorney to represent you has been signed by a State Court Judge.
• If you have been appointed a public defender, a private meeting with an attorney can be scheduled by calling and leaving a specific voice message at the number below.
