Which e-file do you use?
What filings to you accept:
Civil and Criminal
Civil/Criminal E-Filing case also be done in the Clerk of State Court Office using PAT (Public Access Terminal). PAT’s is available Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

I don’t see my proceeding code, what do I do?
Please select the proceeding copy that is similar to what you are filing. If it is not the exact item, we have the ability to change the code in our CMS.
How do I upload a file into Odyssey?

I tried to upload a SES but it will not charge me $50, how do I make it charge me the service fee of $50?
Currently the filer will need to select Add Option Service and then select Sheriff’s Service for the $50 charge.
How do I make filings go to ALL attorneys?
Under Service Contacts they will need to make sure the party/attorneys they want to serve are under Service contacts and the box is checked, see below:
Do you have a particular process server you use?
No. Process servers are granted by the judge on a case by case basis and the proper paper work is needed in order for the judge to determine if the process server can be granted.
What reason do you reject e-filings?
Filed in the wrong County/Court Location
Wrong filing code submitted
Signature is missing
Incomplete information
Payment required
