Civil case filings can also be E-Filed in the Clerk of State Court Office using Public Access Terminal (PAT). This terminal is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We reject e-filings:

• If it is filed in the wrong county/court location
• If a signature is missing
• If there's incomplete information
• If payment is required

For court e-filing specific questions, email Civil Helpdesk or call 770-254-2699 and select extension two (2) or three (3) for assistance.

All technical questions regarding civil e-filing must be answered by Tyler, Monday - Friday, from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Central Time (CT).
