Fees
Copies	$.50 per page without assistance $1.00 per page with assistance
Certified and Exemplified Copies	$2.50 (Stamp & Seal) $.50 for each additional page
Exemplified Copies	$2.50 (Stamp & Seal) $.50 for each additional page and $1.00 per seal
Faxes/electronic copy	$2.50 first page $1.00 each additional page
Retrieval Fee	$5.00 for items held in storage/retention

Payments for Copies, Certified Copies and Exemplified Copies can be made in cash, money orders or business checks in the Clerk's Office or by mail.

If you prefer to use a credit card, you can obtain Copies and/or Certified copies through our Case Management Search by visiting here. A kiosk in the State Court Clerk's Office also allows credit card purchases for Copies and Certified Copies. Please note that a third-party vendor manages this service so there is a minimum fee.

All Exemplified Copies must still be processed through the Clerk of State Court Office in person or by mail.

Open Records Requests

The Georgia Open Records Act and related subtitles of Georgia law authorize a personal inspection of public records at a reasonable time and place unless prohibited by a court order or otherwise exempted by law. However, no public official or personnel is required to prepare reports, summaries or compilations not in existence at the time of an Open Records Request.
