How to Pay for Civil Filing or Copies Fees

Payments for copies, certified copies and exemplified copies can be made in cash, money orders or business checks in the Clerk's Office or by mail. 

If you prefer to use a credit card, you can obtain Copies and/or Certified copies through our Case Management Search.

A kiosk in the State Court Clerk's Office also allows credit card purchases for Copies and Certified Copies. Please note that a third-party vendor manages this service, so there is a minimum fee.

 All exemplified copies must still be processed through the Clerk of State Court Office in person or by mail.
