All transactions must be completed by closing time. Please make sure to plan your visit accordingly.

The C&D Landfill accepts:

• All non-hazardous construction and demolition debris
• Yard trimmings are also accepted
• Yard trimmings, limbs and untreated lumber will be accepted for the established tipping fee provided that they are separated from other types of waste.
  • Please note that any entity that deposits yard trimmings, limbs and untreated lumber combined with waste will be subject to a $100.00 charge

The C&D Landfill does NOT accept: 

• Pressure treated wood
• Any hazardous items
• Any loads contaminated with household trash or other non-acceptable items
• Household trash (Household trash is ONLY accepted at the Transfer Station)

As a convenience to our residents, Coweta County operates a Construction and Demolition Landfill (C&D) located at 164 Essie Mae Walker Road

Starting Friday, January 2, the following fees change will take effect:

• Transfer Station tipping fees per ton: $57.00
• Transfer Station minimum load (up to 702 pounds): $20.00
• Mattresses: $20.00 Mattress/Box Springs (each)
• Tires: $10.00 each
• C&D Landfill tipping fees per ton: $57.00
