Coweta Employees & Spouses - Open Enrollment for 2026 is November 3 - November 21, 2025

Important Changes:

• No more logging into ADP for enrollment.
• No health premium changes for all who meet incentive requirements.
• All full-time employees must meet in person to continue, enroll or decline health coverage.
• In person meeting will also cover dental and supplemental benefit options.
• Watch for scheduling information – including evening appointments.

Wellness Incentive & Surcharge Update:

• DEADLINE for completion is December 1, 2025 
• 2025 Wellness incentive requirements have been reduced from 3 to 2!
• Employees and/or covered spouses who do NOT complete annual physical AND one approved screening by December 1, 2025 will pay full amount without incentive.
• Cost without incentive will increase by $10 - $90 per month in 2026.
• Those joining the the plan during open enrollment for the first time are also eligible for the incentive if they meet the requirements by December 2, 2025
