The Absentee-By-Mail process is available to all registered voters.

You must submit an application if you would like to receive an Absentee-By-Mail ballot. Applications must have a pen and ink signature, even if submitted online or through email.

Things to Remember

No application can be accepted before 78 days prior to an Election.
No application can be accepted 11 days prior to Election Day.
All voted ballots must be back in the Voter Registration Office by 7 PM on Election Day.
All Absentee-By-Mail ballots must be signed with ink and submitted by mail or drop off at the Voter Registration's Office located at 87 Newnan Station Drive, Newnan, Georgia 30265. They cannot be submitted online or via email.
