Coweta County finds that signs provide an important medium through which individuals, businesses, and government may convey a variety of messages.  Left unregulated, however, signs can become a threat to the public health and safety as a traffic hazard and a detriment to the property values and the overall economic growth of Coweta County as an aesthetic nuisance.
