The Coweta County Probate Court is currently accepting all electronic filings through TrueFiling. It's a 24/7 web-based e-filing platform designated for courts, law firms and self-represented filers.

Payment of filing fees is managed through the TrueFiling platform. Please note that TrueFiling will charge an e-filing fee of $14.00 per petition or caveat. In addition, a convenience fee of 5.0% will be charged by the credit card processing company. All statutory fees collected by Coweta County Probate Court will remain unchanged.
