Georgia's firearms laws comprehensively changed effective June 4, 2010 when Governor Perdue signed Senate Bill 308 (2010) into law.  These laws were revised again effective July 1, 2014, after Governor Deal signed House Bill 826 (2014) and House Bill 60 (2014) into law.
