**MANDATORY CIVIL E-FILE COMING SOON**

EFFECTIVE 01/01/2019, STATE LEGISLATION REQUIRES ALL CIVIL FILINGS BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY. COWETA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT ACCEPTS CIVIL E-FILES VIA THE PEACHCOURT PORTAL ALREADY AND WILL BE CONTINUING TO DO SO. PLEASE VISIT WWW.PEACHCOURT.COM FOR INFORMATION OR TO BEGIN FILING ELECTRONICALLY.

The PeachCourt website contains very helpful information on mandatory e-filing, including the costs of e-filing that would be experienced in addition to standard filing fees, under a tab bearing that name in the upper area of the screen. PeachCourt even offers a complimentary webinar to assist with navigating the e-file process and they have provided an informative flyer - click here to view it!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

**JURY SCAMMERS ARE TRYING AGAIN!!**
Please know that this office is responsible for summoning and managing all Superior and State Court Jurors summoned for Coweta County, and Coweta Superior Court will NOT contact you by telephone with threats or fines for failure to report. If you are contacted about missed service, threatened or asked to pay a fine, this is most likely a scam. You can contact the Clerk's Office to verify any information provided and/or contact the Sheriff's Department to report the caller.
