CIVIL & CRIMINAL FILING

Court Services is the division of Superior Court that records and maintains civil and criminal court filings. The two Terms of Court for Coweta Superior Court shall commence as follows: March Term begins on the first Monday in March, and September Term begins on the first Tuesday in September. There are two Sessions held within these Terms: January and June.
